Who makes this?

This service — the Discord bot "Kamibot" and the web dashboard (kamibot.app) — is built and operated by Kamilake OÜ. In these terms, "we" refers to this company.

When do these terms take effect?

From the moment you log in to the Kamibot dashboard or add the bot to a Discord server! When the terms change, for significant changes we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance.

What does Kamibot do for you?

Kamibot does the following for free. Features may grow or shrink over time.

• TTS voice synthesis (run directly on self-hosted models)
• AI chat assistant (also self-hosted)
• Chat translation, welcome messages, server management, keyword alerts, and more

Please don't do these

These go without saying, but the following are not allowed:

• Using the bot for spam, harassment, or transmitting illegal content
• Deliberately putting abnormal load on servers (DDoS, abuse)
• Reverse-engineering for bypass access, or building unauthorized automation tools
• Infringing others' rights (copyright, likeness, personal data, etc.)
• Acts that violate Discord's own terms

Service may pause or be blocked

In cases like the following, part or all of the service may pause briefly or for a while:

• Maintenance/updates (mostly announced in advance and over quickly)
• Force majeure such as natural disasters or external infrastructure failures
• When the "Please don't do these" above is violated

If a terms violation is confirmed, we may restrict bot use or block the account after notifying you in advance (or afterward in urgent cases). If you feel you were blocked unfairly, let us know via the support server or support@kamibot.app. A human will review it again.

Limitation of liability

Kamibot is a free service and provided "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. However, for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence, we take full responsibility as required by law.

Which country's law applies?

These terms are interpreted under Estonian law. If you're a consumer living in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply (these terms don't override them). Disputes are usually handled in Estonian courts, but EU consumers may also bring a claim before the courts of their own country.
